B o d y w o r k
In a culture that is becoming more separated and isolated by choice or by the effects of disagreement, inequity, and daily technology reliance. Touch work has a base ability to connect ourselves to the body, the present, and one another. Humans are social creatures at our base. Each human experience needs safe touch to feel that intuitive health and quality of life that we all deserve. Listen to your body when you have the capacity to do so.
Touch work can help you learn how to come home to your body again. A responsibility that I do not take lightly in the context of medical trauma.
